Lead Youth Development Worker required 

Linton Free Church partners with Beacon Youth Trust (https://beaconyouthtrust.org) and Romsey Mill (https://www.romseymill.org/) to provide youth work in Linton. Together we are currently recruiting a Lead Youth Development Worker to join the youth work team. 

If you are passionate about young people and motivated to lead an area youth work team developing provision in the community and church environments then this role is for you.  As Lead Youth Development Worker you will grow relationships with young people (age range 10-21), including vulnerable young people with complex family circumstances, supporting them to overcome challenges and live fulfilling lives. The role is also about enabling young people to explore and deepen Christian faith with particular focus on equipping young people linked to partner churches in Linton.
